Caswell Commercial was founded by Russ Howard in 2014. Prior to Caswell, founder Russ Howard was a Senior Vice President with the Weitzman Group in their Austin office. While at Weitzman, Russ marketed a portfolio in excess of 6,000,000 SF and was directly involved in over 400 lease and sales transactions. He has had the privilege of working with and for Kimco, Inland, Kite Realty, and Riocan, and represented industry leading retailers including but not limited to JPMorgan Chase, Sprint, and McDonald’s. Russ has been consistently recognized by the Austin Business Journal as a top commercial broker in their retail ‘Heavy Hitter’ rankings, and is active in both RECA and ICSC. Russ graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics.
